TITTLE: Natasha The Living Dead
(Episode 3)
Immediately they rushed Natasha into the hospital, someone else recognized her
"hey! is that not this girl? What's her name again"..... The man trying to remember her name as he moved close to those who brought her to the hospital. As she was been taken to the emergency unit,
"Hold on, we will take it from here"...... One of the nurses said as the muscular man and others had to wait behind to live the medical professionals do their job.
"Hey Mr, you seem to know her. My name is Mark Darlington".... The muscular man said as he Stretched out his hands for a hand shake
"Nice to meet you Mr Darlington. I'm Mr Kelvin."
"My pleasure Mr Kelvin. You know her?"
"Yes I do, her late father was my boss and even owner of many companies you see around"
"really? She's from a wealthy home then. You said late father, so how we going to get to the mother or any relation?"
"Ok, I will try If I can get to her"
"If you can? This is urgent and needs immediate attention"
"True, but it's a bit complicated right now"
"How do you mean??"
"After my boss died, I resigned because of the way her late father's brothers acted, taking away all that was left for this girl and the mother. Leaving poor woman to suffer with nothing. So I have lost personal contact with her since then"
"Really?? That's wickedness on the side of the uncles! So where's the mother right now?"
"I really don't know but what I know is that she later got married to a very wealthy and influential man by name Okafor popularly known as Igwe Naira"
"Hold on, Igwe Naira??... Is it the igwe Naira I know or there's another one?? Is it the one that owns that estate close to that shopping mall at no 1 aide lane?"
"Yes.. He's the one"
"Yes I know him. Who don't know that good man and his good works in this town?? Let me just go to their family house to inform them right away"
"Oh.. That will be nice of you"... Mr Kelvin replied as they shook hands and departed.
Mr Darlington was like the God sent Natasha prayed for. Within the next 50 mins, Mr Darlington arrived the hospital with Natasha's step father and mother soaked in tears accompanied by two family friends.
"Where is my daughter o!!!"..... Natasha's mother exclaimed as she rushed into the hospital reception.
"Madam please calm down, this is an Hospital".
"if it is, then so what?? I say where's my baby??".... Natasha's mother shouted at a nurse at the reception who immediately left to call the doctor in charge.
Natasha's step father Igwe Naira then tried to calm his wife down
"Woman! Do you want to kill yourself even before we know what the situation with our daughter is?? She's in good hands, nothing will happen to her"...... He said trying to calm her down while a doctor worked in
"Hello madam, what's happening here?"... The doctor asked
"Are you the doctor in charge??".... Natasha's step father asked stretching his hand for a hand shake.
"Yes sir, how may I help you sir??"
"Ok, we are the parents of the 17years old girl by name Natasha that was rushed in this evening."..... Igwe Naira said
"Hold on sir, you mean the female accident victim rushed in about an hour ago?"
"Yes doctor, where is she?".... Natasha's mother cuts in.
"can I see you alone sir"... The doctor and igwe Naira moved few steps away from Natasha's mother as the doctor broke the news about Natasha's state. While saying this to the Father, they must have forgotten women are blessed with the ability to live their ears on your body. Natasha's was actually hearing what the doctor was saying though she acted not paying attention
"I'm sorry sir, we did all we could but it was already too late"
"Late for what?"... Igwe Naira asked
"we lost her"
A shout from behind got the attention of the doctor and igwe Naira as Natasha's mother already collapsed at the news with her now bleeding from the back of her head as a result of the impact with the edge of a chair close by. The news of her daughter's death got her into another condition of an intra-cranial bleeding that got her hospitalized immediately.
