After Natasha revealed herself to igwe naira as being alive and leaving him with the shock of his life, Natasha's mum didn't waste time in dragging his ass to court.
On the deal day, with both parties present to testify. Igwe naira seem not to be bothered about the evidence as he proved he came prepared annulling them with lies and well planned strategy.
His strategy made Natasha, team and family to realise they actually underrated igwe naira.
On the evidence of the voice confession recorded by Natasha's mum, the popular igwe naira denied not being his voice though sounded alike. His lawyer raised the motion of every possibity of it being staged or manipulated out of professionalism, which could be done to drag the good name of igwe naira in the mud.
Though the evidence was placed for further review, igwe naira also annulled another evidence presented by Natasha's mum.
this was the third evidence of Natasha's test result of being pregnant.
The doctor who did the test way back was called to testify. Igwe naira denied ever taking Natasha for any test. He submitted a document proving he travelled for a business trip for two weeks within that stated period the test was done. And when asked if he was ever aware Natasha was pregnant, he said
"Not really. Though there were rumours of her being pregnant then and being a loosed girl even before I married her mother. So if she was actually pregnant, it wouldn't be that surprising. I use to warn her against some company of bad boys then. She disobeys and disrespect me because I'm not her biological father. Really don't know where all these are coming from. Maybe the mother, my ex-wife here want to use this to deal with me but I serve a living God"......
igwe naira said with so much confidence that the wife just realised she once married someone with PhD in telling lies.
it was as if he already cooked lies for every possible evidence Natasha's mum was presenting and came prepared.
"I have a witness here to testify to what I just said. She was once pregnant for him and.... "
This word by igwe naira got Natasha mad with tears rolling down her cheeks saying loudly
"It's not true! All lies....."
"order! Miss Natasha..."
Natasha had to be calm with tears that never stopped dropping.
Lington, Usman, Mr & Mrs okechuku knew this just the beginning. She wisphered into the ears of Natasha's mum like he got a new plan.
The mum knew all what igwe naira was trying to achieve but deep down she never felt defeated as she believed this case will be the end of igwe naira.
The witness presented claimed Natasha was once his girlfriend and was actually pregnant for her within that stated period of the test. For the sake of further evidence and review of those already presented, the case was adjourned for month end with court dismissed. You could imagine the look on igwe naira's face as he kept smiling.
He hasn't won the case already but Igwe naira was acting like he already won with the way he was laughing talking to his lawyer and some other persons around.
Natasha friends and family tried calming Natasha down as her anger could be felt from her sudden cold and shivering. To make the matter worst, igwe naira approached Natasha's mother like he was trying to remind them that he is the law like he always claim.
"You came to remind me how evil you are? My God will judge you Mr naira.".....Natasha's mum said in anger as her voice made the police and some able body around to rush to the scene trying to make peace.
"How could you pull such before the law? I regret the day I met you. You can lie to all claiming to be a saint. But one day nemesis will catch up with you! It's not over yet, we will meet again soon in court"
"Hahaha... What evidence could that be this time.... Hahahaha". ....Igwe naira laughed and made mockery while Natasha kept looking at him like the earth could just open and swallow igwe naira where he was standing. Thoughts went through her mind while Lington and Usman kept calming her.
Mr and Mrs okechuku asked Lington to quickly get the car for them to leave this place to prevent further drama from both sides.
"Let's go natti.... It's not over and be rest assured he is not winning this case. We will be back for him"
Lington said as he left to get the car.
Meanwhile, Natasha's mind was not present neither hearing what anyone was saying as she focused on igwe naira With her heartbeat gradually increasing. Her rage was getting out of hand as she remembered what she suffered in his hands. The beating, rape, pain and all. She was fed up with that look at a police closeby with a gun. She looked at her mum, igwe naira who was still busy arguing and laughing at Natasha's mother. She looked at everyone present with Lington as last person.
Lington who was about entering the car looked back to see how Natasha was doing from afar and what he noticed terrified him.
Natasha looked at Lington dip like their hearts were communicating. Lington with the look shook his head trying to disapprove and prevent Natasha from doing what he suspected she was about doing.
Natasha starred with thoughts as her next move was how to grab a gun Unexpectedly from one of the police men gun bag on the waist side.
Yes, it's about to get messy!!!
Lington saw in her eyes no going back as he quickly left the car and ran towards them shouting like it happened in slow motion
"Noooooo!!!!"
This shout by Lington got them distracted as they turned to his direction wondering what it was with him.
As they looked, next they heard was a gun shot that destabilised everyone as some took cover while others lay flat.
The police men around brought out their guns facing the direction the sound came from and they were surprised to see Natasha with that strange look in tears with a gun in her hands pointing to igwe naira's direction.
"Oh my God!..... Shitttt!! He is not breathing".....A police man said as he turned igwe naira to discover the bullet went through his skull like David did to Goliath in the bible.
"we lost him.... He is dead!"
"Drop your weapon! You are under arrest"......The police man shouted as other police around pointed their guns at Natasha as tears rolled down her cheeks.
Her couldn't believe what just happened as tears rolled down her mother's eyes trying to stop the police from shooting by standing between the police and Natasha.
"Please, don't shoot"....Natasha's mum in tears spreading her hands ready to take any shot for her.
"God!...God!!........ Oh my God!!!".
Natasha's mum said in tears while shevering facing Natasha
"Natasha why!!! Why do you want to end our effort like this. He didn't win, the case was adjourned. We still have time till month end".....Natasha's mum in tears
"Mummy I'm.. I'm... Sor...sorry!"....She said in tears still holding the gun firmly
Lington could tell Natasha actually just started with what came over her.
Just as predicted, Natasha pointed the gun to her neck about to take her own life.
It was hear the police men who pointed their gun had to drop their weapon with everyone trying to prevent her from doing such.
"oh, jezius cliest, jezius cliest".....Usman kept repeating in tears as this could be the last time he would see Natasha.
Everyone was in tears trying to make her drop the gun
"Listen my daughter.... Kill yourself and pass me the gun. I will join you quickly"....The mother said in tears
"No mum (Natasha crying)...... I don't want to stress you or anyone anymore. Be alive for yourself and for Anabel mum(Crying)"
"it's over my child, just put the gun down please! (crying)..... I can't afford to loose you again bikonuuu(crying)"
"Mummy, don't waste time. My chapter is closed. Bother about me no more!(Crying)"
"What!!! Natti... What is this nonsense you are saying?? You are very selfish. What about others that actually care about you? I mean what about me? Us! (Tears rolling down as he knelt down).......i beg you natti, don't take my best friend away from me Please. You mean the world to me. OK what about the dreams we shared? I... I... But ....wh"......Lington said stammering while kneeling in tears.
Natasha cried loudly with confusion at the words she was hearing as Usman cuts in and this time no joke
"Small madam abeg..... See cry dey commot for my eyes".......Usman said crying while Mr and Mrs okechuku also tried calming her also with their words as Natasha seem to pay deaf ears to what everyone was saying.
"My child"....Mrs okechuku said stretching her hands towards her from afar and continued
"you are the only person that has ever called us mum and dad since we got married. Please don't take such joy away from us"......Mrs okechuku said kneeling down and seeing Mr Okechuku joining the wife to kneel down, Natasha burst into tears while Lington called a nearby police to assist him in helping up the sick Mrs okechuku from kneeling as the waist and knee pain was all over her facial expression.
"Oh God..!!!"....Natasha said crying as she removed the gun from her throat though with her hands still on the trigger like who is about giving her last words.
"I just killed a man openly and you all think I will survive the law?? Pressing this trigger is freedom for me. I will die anyway in the hands of the law or rot in jail for the rest of my life or don't you see this is the end for me??? I don't regret what I just did... I feel fulfilled, y'all should Stop making it hard for me!!!"
The judge whose attention was drawn to the scene promised to give her a fair hearing and sentence only if she will listen to them and drop the gun
"Small Madam, abeg(Usman in tears)......oh naughty beabi..... Abeg no do am. Who go dey Cari me go pari every weekend??"
Usman said while Lington who remained mute behind Usman like he was hiding away from the sight of her best friend pressing the trigger and taking her life.
"Hey my child.... I disagree with you. I won't, I mean we won't let anything happen to you. We are behind you......Always! Right??".....Natasha's mum said turning to others who responded together
"Yes!..... Yes!!.. We are!!!"
"No mum!".....she said as she held the gun firmly and wiped her face saying
"Sorry it has to end this way. Meet you all in the next life".....Natasha concluded as she raised her hand with the gun to her head.
At this point, this was a gunshot released that ended this episode 😥😥😭😭😭
